Founder – Rishi Bajaj

Rishi Bajaj is the Founder and Managing Principal of West Loop Capital Partners, LLC. His first real estate acquisition in Chicago was in 2012, and he has since managed WLCP’s portfolio growth to a current 30+ units, with several additional assets currently under contract.

Prior to founding WLCP, Rishi served for four years as an Investment Advisor at Goldman Sachs, where he managed portfolios totaling $85mm across multiple asset classes. Rishi holds an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a B.S. from New York University.
